r\u00f6tlich bis <strong>bl\u00e4ulich<\/strong> durch die Haut schimmern. Obwohl sie im Vergleich zu gr\u00f6\u00dferen Krampfadern als <strong>unbedenklich<\/strong> gelten, k\u00f6nnen sie Beschwerden verursachen und gelten als Krankheitsbild &#8211; insbesondere wenn sie gro\u00dffl\u00e4chiger auftreten und \u00dcberw\u00e4rmung oder <strong>leichte Schmerzen<\/strong> verursachen. Besenreiser sind kleinste, im Hautniveau gelegene Krampfadern (Fachbezeichnung: C1-Varikosis). Durch einen Defekt der Venenklappen in den Hautvenen kommt es zu einer Erweiterung der kleinen Venen mit bl\u00e4ulich-r\u00f6tlicher Gef\u00e4\u00dfzeichnung. Da diese Verf\u00e4rbung dem zu einem Besen gebundenen Reisig \u00e4hnelt, gab dieses Erscheinungsbild der Erkrankung ihren besonderen Namen: Besenreiser.<\/p><p>In der H\u00e4lfte der F\u00e4lle sind jedoch tiefer im Bein gelegene Krampfadern die Ursache f\u00fcr die Besenreiserbildung, so dass nach ihnen <strong>gezielt<\/strong> mit dem <strong>Ultraschall<\/strong> gefahndet werden sollte. Werden diese \u00fcbersehen, kann es rasch zu einer Entstehung neuer Besenreiser kommen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Dies f\u00fchrt zu verbesserten Behandlungsergebnissen. Ihren normalen Alltag k\u00f6nnen Sie sofort nach der Behandlung wiederaufnehmen.<\/p><p>Da Besenreiser<strong> in bis zu 50% der F\u00e4lle ein Anzeichen f\u00fcr ein tieferliegendes relevantes Venenproblem (z.B. Hautniveau gelegen. Sie \u00e4hneln im Erscheinen dem fr\u00fcher verwendeten Besenreisig, was ihnen ihren Namen eingebracht hat. Es handelt sich dabei um kleinste Krampfadern, da auch sie im Inneren Venenklappen besitzen, die defekt sind und sich so das Blut in der Vene staut und die Vene f\u00fcr das Auge sichtbar macht. Sie unterscheiden sich von anderen Krampfadern durch ihre Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und ihre gesundheitliche Bedeutung. Von ihnen geht medizinisch keine Gefahr aus, sie k\u00f6nnen allerdings auch Beschwerden machen wie z.B. Ein Ansprechen auf die Behandlung ist leider nicht garantiert. Der Wirkstoff Polidocanol, welcher mit einer sehr feinen Nadel in den Besenreiser eingespritzt wird, f\u00fchrt zu einer leichten Entz\u00fcndung des Besenreiser und dadurch wird dieser vom K\u00f6rper abgebaut, was von au\u00dfen als ein langsames Schrumpfen wahrgenommen wird. Dieser Schrumpfungsprozess dauert in aller Regel 6 Wochen. Der Besenreiser kann dann entweder mit Polidocanol in meiner Praxis ver\u00f6det (sklerosiert) oder aber durch einen Hautarzt mit einer Laserbehandlung verschwei\u00dft werden. Ich verwende den Wirkstoff Polidocanol zur Sklerosierung des Besenreisers, da er das einzige in Deutschland zugelassene Medikament zur Behandlung von Besenreisern ist. In der Regel behandle ich alle Besenreiser in einer Sitzung. Wichtig ist, die behandelten Hautareale im Anschluss an die Behandlung 6 Wochen keiner st\u00e4rkeren UV-Einstrahlung (Sonne, Solarium) auszusetzen, da es sonst zu unsch\u00f6nen br\u00e4unlichen Hyperpigmentierungen an den behandelten Stellen kommen kann. Um den Einstich weniger zu sp\u00fcren, besteht die M\u00f6glichkeit, die zu behandelnden Stellen 2-3 Stunden vor der Behandlung mit einer bet\u00e4ubenden Salbe (rezeptfrei)
